We only have two residential technicians. That is on purpose.

Are your technicians background checked?
Every technician on the residential team, before they ever get a van, and drug tested on an ongoing basis for as long as they work here. What we screen for.
What happens when he arrives?
He parks in the street so your driveway stays open, puts shoe covers on at the door, finds the problem, and walks you through what he found and your options with prices before anything is decided. Plan on being home for about an hour. Whoever books your visit will tell you what to expect.
