What roles do you hire for?
Residential electrical technicians most often, and apprentices when we can pair one with a lead tech. Openings change; send the form and we will tell you what is open right now.
Do I need my own license?
No. In New York the license belongs to the company and its master electrician; technicians work under it. Tell us your experience and we will tell you where you would start.
What comes with the job?
A take-home van, tools provided, a simple IRA, health insurance, paid time off, and weekly and monthly incentives. Pay is discussed in the interview.
What is the hiring process?
A conversation, a background check and drug test before you get a van, then about two weeks riding with an existing technician before you run a call on your own. Why we do it that way.
